The quality management system is an integral part of the overall management system of KazTransOil JSC (hereinafter - the Company), which ensures the high quality of the services provided, the strengthening of sustainable relations with all stakeholders, and a sustainable basis for growth and development.
The Company is one of the first large companies in Kazakhstan that advanced to the compliance with the requirements of the new version of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 (hereinafter - the Standard).
The use of the quality management system is a strategic decision of the Company that can help to improve its performance and provide a solid foundation for initiatives focused on stable sustainable development.
The Company ensures the functioning and continuous improvement of the quality management system including the required processes and their interaction in accordance with the requirements of the Standard.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Standard, the Company has implemented a process approach that includes the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking.
The process approach makes it possible to plan processes and their interaction, while the implementation of the PDCA cycle allows to provide processes with the required resources, manage them, identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
The use of interrelated processes and their management as a system increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company in obtaining the intended results.
Risk-based thinking allows the Company to identify factors that can lead to deviations from the planned results of processes and the quality management system, as well as use preventive controls to minimize negative consequences and maximize the use of emerging opportunities.
In order to comply with the Standard's requirements, the Company plans and implements actions in response to risks and opportunities. Responding to risks and opportunities creates the basis for improving the effectiveness of the quality management system, achieving better results and preventing negative consequences.
The quality management system allowed the Company to achieve the obligations enshrined in the Quality Policy and take the necessary actions to improve the management system.
