Hereby «KazTransOil» JSC notifies that on September 16, 2015 decision of Specialized inter-regional economic court of Astana city dated August 5, 2015 on invalidation and cancellation of the order of the Chair of Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition under the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 19 2015 #247-OD «On confirmation of temporary compensating tariff on the regulated service on oil pumping to the domestic market via the network of main pipelines of «KazTransOil» Joint Stock Company» became effective in law.
