He began his career in 1999 as a Lead Specialist in the Department of expertise and audit at RSI «KazSertico» State Scientific and Practical Center».
From 2000 to 2002, he interned at Moscow Automobile and Road Engineering Institute (MTO) as part of his thesis research.
From 2002 to 2003, he worked as a Manager of the Marketing and Commerce Department of «KazTransGas» JSC.
From 2003 to 2006, he worked as a Manager, Chief Manager, Deputy Director of the Department of Gas Transportation and Marketing of «Intergas Central Asia» JSC.
From 2006 to 2008, he worked as the Director of the Department of Budget Planning and Economic Analysis of «KazTransGas» JSC.
From 2008 to 2014, he held the positions of Managing Director for Corporate Development, Deputy General Director for Corporate Development, was a member of the Management Board of «KazTransGas» JSC.
From 2014 to 2020, he held the position of General Director - Chair of the Management Board of «KazTransGas Onimderi» LLP.
From 2020 to 2021, he held the position of General Director of RSE «GorVodKhoz».
From 2022 to 2024, he held the position of the Deputy Chair of the Management Board for Strategy and Business Development, Marketing of «NC «QazaqGaz» JSC.
