At the end of 2022, the results of the assessment of the quality of services provided by KazTransOil JSC, conducted on the basis of a planned survey of consumers of KazTransOil services for the year, were summed up.
As a result of the analysis of the questionnaires received, it was determined that the overall degree of customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided* is:
At the same time, it should be noted that relations with consumers of services provided by KazTransOil JSC have been established on the principle of feedback, which, in turn, allows for timely and adequate response to consumer proposals, if they arise.
* The calculation was carried out in accordance with the Methodology for determining the degree of satisfaction of consumers of KazTransOil services, approved by the decision of the Board of KazTransOil JSC (minutes of the meeting dated June 12, 2019 No. 11).
