Structure of shareholder equity
«KazTransOil» JSC – subsidiary of «KazMunaiGas» JSC NC, 90% of stock of shares of which belong to «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC.
On June 26, 2012 the Committee for Control and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of Kazakhstan has made the state registration of changes in the share issue prospectus of «KazTransOil» JSC, providing for increase of the number of its shares.
The overall number of authorized shares amounts to 384,635,600 (three hundred eighty-four million six hundred thirty-five thousand six hundred) ordinary shares.
On December 21, 2012 the calculations on the results of subscription for ordinary shares of JSC «KazTransOil», placed on the organized securities market in the state program «People's IPO» in the amount of 38,463,559 shares were finished.
1 (one) common share is not placed.
«KazTransOil» JSC bought back 7,500 common shares on June 16, 2016.
Subscription for shares of «KazTransOil» JSC was conducted in the period from 06 November to 5 December 2012, in accordance with the «Rules of the share subscription», approved by the Exchange Board of «Kazakhstan Stock Exchange» JSC (Minutes № 05 dated 29.03.2012.) and agreed with «Central securities Depository» JSC and the Committee for the Control and Supervision of Financial market and Financial organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the results of the distribution that helld in accordance with the structure offering of common shares of «KazTransOil» JSC, approved by the order from October 31, 2012 № 1376 of Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the total number of shares distributed as follows:

346,172,040 (three hundred forty-six million one hundred seventy-two thousand and forty) common shares or 90 % of all issued and placed shares are held by «KazMunaiGas» JSC NC,

30 405 531 (thirty million four hundred and five thousand five hundred thirty one) common shares or 7.91% of all issued and placed shares are held by the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
-
7 841 477 (seven million eight hundred forty one thousand four hundred seventy seven) common shares or 2.04% of all issued and placed shares are held by pension funds of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
-
216 551 (two hundred sixteen thousand five hundred fifty one) common shares or 0.05% of all issued and placed shares are held by Market-maker.
