«KazTransOil» JSC – is a subsidiary of «National Company «KazMunayGas» JSC (NC «KazMunayGas»).
NC «KazMunayGas» owns 90% of common shares of «KazTransOil» JSC as of 1 Mart 2024.
The Company and NC «KazMunayGas» interact within the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Joint Stock Companies» and in line with Charters of «KazTransOil» JSC and NC «KazMunayGas».
On October 30, 2012, «KazTransOil» JSC and «KazMunaiGas» JSC NC signed
«The agreement on relationship between «KazTransOil» JSC and «KazMunaiGas» JSC NC», that consolidated the transparent market principles of interaction between «KazTransOil» JSC and its major shareholder and allowed «KazTransOil» JSC to work in interests of all shareholders.
