As part of the Issuer's Day, organized by the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the management of JSC KazTransOil presented to investors, professional participants in the securities market and other interested parties the results of JSC KazTransOil's activities for the first half of 2024.
Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of JSC KazTransOil Amirzhan Ospanov, Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance of JSC KazTransOil Almas Ungarsynov reported on production and financial results for the first half of 2024, and also provided answers to questions from meeting participants on various aspects of the company's activities.
In 2012, within the framework of the People's IPO program, KazTransOil JSC placed 38,463,559 common shares. As of June 30, 2024, the owners of the placed common shares of KazTransOil JSC are JSC NC KazMunayGas (90%), as well as 31,835 individuals and 48 legal entities (9.998%).
