Ruslan Kambarovich Ibraimov has been appointed Managing Director for Assets at KazTransOil JSC.
He possesses extensive experience in Kazakhstani companies, both in the financial sector and in industrial development. He graduated from S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University with a degree in Finance.
Mr. Ibraimov began his career in the banking sector, holding positions at SB JSC Sberbank and JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan. Over the years, he has held key roles at the Kazakhstan Industry and Export Center «QazIndustry» JSC, and at the National Company «Kazakh Invest» JSC, where he served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board from 2021 to 2024.
From April to September 2024, he headed the Office of the National Company «QazaqGaz» JSC before being appointed as a Business Partner at KazTransOil JSC.
He is a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, a recognition of his high level of professionalism.
Alexander Alexandrovich Nedze has been appointed Managing Director for Capital Construction at KazTransOil JSC.
He graduated from Tyumen State Oil and Gas University with a degree in the Design, Construction, and Operation of Oil and Gas Pipelines and Storage Facilities.
Mr. Nedze has been with KazTransOil JSC since 2009 and has risen through the ranks of the corporate structure. He has held positions including Construction Supervision Engineer at the Zhezkazgan Oil Pipeline Department, Deputy Head and Head of the Capital Construction and Overhaul Department of the Eastern Branch, Chief Manager in the Capital Construction and Overhaul Department, and Lead Engineer in the Construction and Repair Department of the Project Management Department.
From April 2024 until his current appointment, he served as Deputy Director of the Project Management Department at KazTransOil JSC.
