KazTransOil JSC strictly adheres to the principle of transparency in its activities and strives to ensure effective and complete disclosure of information to a wide range of stakeholders.

Integrated annual reports of KazTransOil JSC contain information on financial and operational results, the corporate governance and risk management system, development strategy and work in the field of sustainable development.

Industrial environmental monitoring

In order to regulate the quality of the environment and establish acceptable impacts that ensure environmental safety, conservation of ecological systems and biodiversity of the territories involved, the Company develops standards for maximum permissible emissions and discharges of pollutants, waste disposal of production and consumption.

In the separate structural divisions of KazTransOil JSC, emissions into the environment and impact monitoring are carried out within the framework of industrial environmental control.

The results obtained are compared with emission standards and hygiene standards, and urgent measures are taken to eliminate them if excess standards are detected.

All reports on the results of industrial environmental control are published in a Single environmental Internet resource The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is available to everyone.

Training the command and staff

On October 21, 2020, fire-tactical exercises on the topic «Extinguishing the fire of the resurvoir oil storage No. 2 V-2000m3» were held at the «Chulak-Kurgan» Head Oil Pumping Station of the Shymkent Oil Pipeline Department, together with the involvement of the forces and means of the Emergency Situations Divizion of Suzak district of the Emergency Situations Department of the Turkestan region, the non-governmental fire service and the professional paramilitary emergency rescue service of the «Сentralised Republican Headquarters of militarized professional emergency rescue services» LLP.

Also, fire-tactical exercises were conducted with the involvement of personnel of the non-state fire service at the objects of the Head Oil Pumping Station «Shymkent», Head Oil Pumping Station «Pavlodar», Oil Pumping Station «Karazhanbas», Head Oil Pumping Station «Kenkiyak» of the Сompany.

Emergency Response Plan

In accordance with article 80 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On civil protection», KazTransOil JSC has developed and approved Emergency Response Plans. Emergency Response Plans included actions aimed at ensuring environmental safety in the event of emergency.
