KazTransOil JSC introduced an Integrated Management System (IMS) which united four management systems functioning as a single entity into a single structure:
1) Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015;
2) Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001:2015;
3) Health and Safety Management System according to ISO 45001:2018;
4) Energy Management System according to ISO 50001:2018.
IMS is part of the overall management system of KazTransOil JSC and contributes to sustainable development. IMS provides coordinated interaction of all processes within KazTransOil JSC and makes it possible to optimally fulfill the requirements of the above-mentioned standards for management systems.
As a result of integration of four management systems KazTransOil JSC received the following advantages:
1) more attractiveness for consumers of services and other stakeholders;
2) creation of a single standardized management structure;
3) combining the processes of planning, analysis, documentation management, internal audits, etc.;
4) increasing the degree of adaptation to changing conditions.
The IMS certification of KazTransOil JSC increases the prospects for its further development and enables to strengthen the company's potential in both external and internal markets. Thus, since 2004, KazTransOil JSC annually confirms its IMS effectiveness by successfully passing certification/inspection (supervisory) audits in international bodies for management system certification.
According to IMS certification audit conducted in April this year by international certification body TÜV AUSTRIA, KazTransOil JSC was issued certificates of compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018 for a period of three years.
