At the Aktobe Oil Pipeline Division of KazTransOil JSC, a major overhaul of a service and technical facility has been completed: the administrative and amenity complex (AAC) and a heated parking bay for 60 vehicles.
The facility, with a total area of 1,850 m², is located on the industrial site of the Aktobe Oil Pipeline Division and includes an administrative and amenity complex designed to provide workspaces for specialists of the Department of Technological Transport and Special Equipment (TTSE), including engineering and technical personnel. The building houses office rooms and a medical unit for conducting pre-shift medical examinations of drivers, as well as a parking bay for vehicles, including special equipment.
The building was constructed in 2000 and, over the years of operation, had deteriorated significantly, necessitating a major overhaul.
As part of the project, a complete renovation of the building was carried out. In the AAC, windows, doors, utility systems, heating systems, power equipment, water supply, ventilation, and lighting systems were replaced. Interior finishing works were completed, and the facade and roof were renovated.
In the parking bay, the gates, flooring, ventilation systems with supply air units, lighting and power equipment were replaced. Modern heating and fire alarm systems were installed. The facade and roof were also renovated.
The implementation of the project brought the facility in line with modern safety and comfort requirements, creating better working conditions for the personnel and improving the operation of the TTSE’s vehicle and special equipment fleet.
The major overhaul was carried out as part of the KazTransOil JSC production program for 2023–2027. The company continues to systematically modernize its infrastructure to ensure the proper technical condition of its facilities, guaranteeing reliable and safe operation, as well as uninterrupted oil transportation.
