On 23 December 2025, in Warsaw, KazTransOil and PERN signed a cooperation agreement governing crude oil acceptance and delivery operations at PERN’s Adamowo-Zastawa facility in the Republic of Poland.
The agreement sets out the framework for cooperation between the parties in carrying out crude oil acceptance, delivery and accounting operations, including the regulation of technological procedures, documentation processes, and the allocation of functions and responsibilities among the parties involved. The document will enter into force on 1 January 2026.
Cooperation with PERN, the operator of Poland’s pipeline system, is of strategic importance for ensuring stable transit of Kazakh crude oil toward Germany and for establishing coordinated interaction between main pipeline operators along the entire transportation route, beginning in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
KazTransOil, the national operator of Kazakhstan’s main oil pipeline system, continues its systematic efforts to safeguard national interests in the transportation of crude oil to domestic and international markets.
