«KazTransOil» JSC (hereinafter – the Company) informs that on June 27, 2016 the Company completed the payment of dividends on common shares for 2015.
According to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on May 27, 2016 (Minutes No.3/2016) amount of dividends confirmed at 51 156 534 667 (fifty one billion one hundred fifty six million five hundred thirty four thousand six hundred sixty seven) tenge.
The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends on common shares of the Company was fixed as of 00:00 a.m., June 11, 2016.
As on June 27, 2016 the total amount paid by the Company in form of dividends is 51 156 534 667 (fifty one billion one hundred fifty six million five hundred thirty four thousand six hundred sixty seven) tenge.
