The Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC, in its resolution dated December 13, 2017, early terminated the powers of Madiyar Berlibayev, a Management Board member, on December 15, 2017.
Zhaiyk Makhin was elected the new Management Board member from December 20, 2017.
Zh. Makhin was born on June 30, 1982. He has the higher education from Russian MFA’s MGIMO University with the bachelor of economics degree and the master of economics degree with the knowledge of foreign languages majoring in «International Economics». He got the diploma of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration on occupational retraining in addition to his higher education, i.e. «MBA: Management – International Business», qualified as the Master of Business Administration.
He started his working career in «KazMunayGas» E&P JSC as the specialist in the Financial-Economic Modeling Office of the Budgeting and Economic Analysis Department. He worked as the chief specialist, analyst, chief analyst of the International Acquisition Office of the Strategy and Project Development Department, held the positions of the Head of the International Acquisition Office of the Strategy and Project Development Department and Mergers and Acquisitions Office of the New Projects Department, and the Deputy Director of the Stakes Management Department in JVs of «KazMunayGas» E&P JSC.
He held senior positions in «Kazgermunai» JV LLP.
He used to work as the Advisor to General Director in «KazMunayGas» E&P JSC, the Managing Director for Economics and Finance of «ALMEX PLUS» LLP.
He worked as the CFO in «Kazakhstan-China Pipeline» LLP.
