KazTransOil JSC informs that as on July 03, 2019 the total amount of dividends on common shares for 2018, paid by the company, is 40 001 322 296 (forty billion one million three hundred twenty two thousand two hundred ninety six) tenge, according to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the company held on May 28, 2019 (Minutes No.3/2019).
The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends on common shares of the KazTransOil JSC for 2018 was fixed as of 00:00 a.m., June 05, 2019.
