$KazTransOil JSC informs that as of June 25, 2020, the Company paid dividends on ordinary shares of KazTransOil JSC for 2019 in the amount of KZT 45 386 115 682 (forty-five billion three hundred and eighty-six million one hundred and fifteen thousand six hundred and eighty-two), approved in accordance with the decision of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company dated 27 May, 2020 (Minutes № 1/2020) by absentee voting.
The list of shareholders of KazTransOil JSC entitled to receive dividends on common shares of KazTransOil JSC at the end of 2019 is fixed as of 00: 00 on 3 June, 2020.
