By the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of «KazTransOil» JSC dated November 5, 2021 (minutes 2/2021), the amendment and addition to the Charter of «KazTransOil» JSC was made in the part of inclusion in the object of activity of «KazTransOil» JSC following activities:

the implementation of the engineering design for affiliated and co-controlled organizations of «KazTransOil» JSC (General classifier of types of economic activity code – 71121) (in place of engineering research and engineering services in the design of industrial facilities and processes for subsidiary and co-controlled organizations of «KazTransOil» JSC);

leasing and management of own property (General classifier of types of economic activity code – 68201).
«KazTransOil» JSC these types of activities has been coordinated with the Agency for the Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
