In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC dated November 19, 2024, the powers of Eric Sagiev, Deputy General Director for Transportation of KazTransOil JSC, as a member of the Management Board were terminated early.
Currently, the Management Board of KazTransOil JSC consists of: General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) of KazTransOil JSC Arman Kassenov; Members of the Management Board: Deputy General Director for Production of KazTransOil JSC Temirkhan Abdirov; Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of KazTransOil JSC Amirzhan Ospanov; Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance of KazTransOil JSC Almas Ungarsynov; Managing Director for Social and Labor Relations and General Issues of KazTransOil JSC Gaziz Koshanov; Managing Director for Legal Affairs of KazTransOil JSC Zhaidarman Isakov.
