Astana has hosted the opening of the Youth Forum for skilled trade professionals and engineering-technical staff of KazTransOil JSC, organized within the framework of the Year of Vocational Professions. The event is aimed at strengthening professional collaboration, enhancing corporate culture, and supporting young employees engaged in production-related specialties. Around 100 specialists from the company’s regional divisions are taking part in the forum.
For the participants, a dedicated training session was organized focusing on the role of emotional intelligence in the industrial environment. The session is led by Arman Akberdiev, an expert in EQ and human potential development. The training is designed to strengthen soft skills, build stress resilience, improve communication, and prevent workplace conflicts. As part of the forum’s focus groups, young specialists have started working on real production cases — an opportunity to take a fresh look at the company’s processes and contribute ideas for the development of the Organization.
The forum aims to enhance young employees’ engagement in implementing the company’s strategic objectives and to form a pool of ambassadors of corporate culture. The acquired knowledge and improved soft skills will help participants work more effectively in the production environment, while the proposals generated during group work will serve as a foundation for further process improvements and greater operational efficiency.
