Based on the results of tender procedures in 2024, Batumi Oil Terminal LLC and Batumi Sea Port LLC achieved a total savings of 21% of the overall volume of planned purchases.
These results were achieved thanks to an effective set of measures aimed at optimizing procurement activities, including:

systematic analysis of market prices and selection of the most competitive terms for the supply of goods, performance of work and provision of services;

negotiations with potential suppliers in order to agree on more favorable price offers and obtain additional discounts;

implementation of direct purchases from manufacturers and official distributors.
An important step in improving the efficiency of procurement activities of «KazTransOil» JSC assets in Georgia was the successful implementation of the project to introduce a modern electronic trading platform. The new digital tool has increased transparency, simplified procedures and accelerated decision-making processes in the procurement processes carried out by the Batumi Oil Terminal and Batumi Sea Port.
The results obtained confirm the high efficiency of the measures taken and the compliance of procurement activities with modern requirements for rational and open management of corporate resources.
