Within preparation to initial public offering («People’s IPO» program) on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange «KazTransOil» JSC has developed and approved the following documents:

1. «Rules on information disclosure of «KazTransOil» JSC» confirmed by resolution of the Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC on 19.07.2012. (minutes #8/2012).
2. «Dividend policy of «KazTransOil» JSC» confirmed by resolution of the Sole Shareholder on 03.07.2012 (minutes of the meeting of the Management Board of «KazMunaiGas» NC JSC #75).
3. «Annual Report of «KazTransOil» JSC for 2011» confirmed by resolution of the Sole Shareholder on 02.08.2012 (minutes of the meeting of the Management Board of «KazMunaiGas» NC JSC #92).
4. «Procedure of distribution of net income of «KazTransOil» JSC confirmed by resolution of the Sole Shareholder on 3.07.2012 (minutes of the meeting of the Management Board of «KazMunaiGas» NC JSC #75).
5. «Methods of Determination of Cost of Shares During Their Repurchase by «KazTransOil» JSC on the unorganized securities market» confirmed by resolution of the Sole Shareholder on 3.07.2012 (minutes of the meeting of the Management Board of «KazMunaiGas» NC JSC #75). Corresponding amendment #10 in Prospectus of Share Issue of «KazTransOil» JSC was registered by Committee for Regulation and Oversee of Financial Market and Financial Entities of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. «Corporate Governance Code of «KazTransOil» JSC» confirmed by resolution of the Sole Shareholder on 02.08.2012 (minutes of the meeting of the Management Board of «KazMunaiGas» NC JSC #92). Corresponding Amendment №11 in Prospectus of Share Issue was forwarded for confirmation on 10.08.2012 in Committee for Control and Oversee of Financial Market and Financial Entities of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The indicated documents were published in the relevant sections of corporate web-site of «KazTransOil» JSC at www.kaztransoil.kz. «KazTransOil» JSC informs that as soon as the documents are confirmed they will be published on the corporate web-site of «KazTransOil» JSC.
