The «People's IPO» program was initiated by President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev at the XIII Congress of «Nur Otan» PDP on February 11, 2012 (on placement of shares of the national companies of the Fund «Samruk-Kazyna» among the citizens of the country).
The terms of the «People's IPO» program were approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (dated on September 8, 2011 №1027).
The options of placement of the shares of «KazTransOil» JSC were approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan (dated on October 31, 2012 №137).
The decision about the further implementation of the «People's IPO» program can only be taken by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Due to this, «KazTransOil» JSC asks investors and shareholders not to pay any attention to the anonymous statement about the intention to terminate the «People's IPO» program.
