In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC, from April 21, 2025, Nurzhan Nurperzentovich Kushzhanov was appointed to the position of Deputy General Director for Production and elected to the Management Board of «KazTransOil» JSC.
Nurzhan Kushzhanov was born on May 13, 1978. He graduated from the K. I. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University, specializing in «Design, construction and operation of gas and oil pipelines and gas and oil storage facilities» with the qualification of a mechanical engineer, as well as the O. A. Baikonurov Zhezkazgan University, specializing in «Power Supply» with the qualification of an electrical engineer.
The appointment of Nurzhan Nurperzentovich is an example of a successful career in one company, the result of his many years of work and professionalism. He went through all the stages of the production vertical, reaching the level of top manager.
He began his career in 2001 as an electrician, a master of overhead lines and electrochemical protection of the Zhezkazgan Oil Pipeline Department of «KazTransOil» JSC.
From 2003 to 2008, he held the positions of deputy head of the Barsengir MOPS, Kumkol MOPS, head of the Karakoin MOPS of the Zhezkazgan Oil Pipeline Department of «KazTransOil» JSC.
From 2008 to 2017, he worked as deputy head of the department, deputy head of production, and also chief engineer of the Zhezkazgan Oil Pipeline Department.
From 2017 to 2020, he headed the Eastern Directorate of Operator Services and the Pavlodar Oil Pipeline Directorate of «KazTransOil» JSC.
From July 2020 until this appointment, he held the position of Director of the Operations Department of «KazTransOil» JSC.
Taking into account the decision made by the Board of Directors, the Management Board of «KazTransOil» JSC includes seven people: Arman Kassenov (Chairman of the Management Board), Abay Beisembayev, Nurzhan Kushzhanov, Amirzhan Ospanov, Almas Ungarsynov, Zhaidarman Isakov and Gaziz Koshanov.
