On October 9, 2025, Arman Kassenov, CEO of KazTransOil JSC, visited the production facilities of the Pavlodar Oil Pipeline Administration (POA).
POA is one of the company's key structural divisions, providing oil transportation via the Omsk–Pavlodar, Pavlodar–POCR, Pavlodar–Shymkent, and Kazakhstan section of Tuimazy–Omsk–Novosibirsk-2 (TON-2) oil pipeline.
During the trip, the company's CEO inspected the operations of Peterfeld linear production and dispatch station and Bulaevo emergency repair station, located in the North Kazakhstan region. At the Bulaevo ERS, the CEO visited the receiving and discharge chamber for treatment facilities, which is located on the border with Omsk region. These facilities ensure the operation and maintenance of the TON-2 oil pipeline section, which is used for the transit transportation of oil produced by Russian manufacturers.
The boundaries of POA's operational responsibility for the TON-2 oil pipeline are determined by the state border between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation — at 1001.968 km (Transneft – Ural JSC) and at 1188.2 km (Transneft – Western Siberia JSC). Peterfeld LODS provides oil transportation to Transneft-Ural JSC.
During his visit, Arman Kassenov discussed with the management of the Pavlodar Oil Pipeline Administration the implementation of new projects, and department heads reported on the completion of organizational and technical measures to ensure reliability and prepare production facilities for the autumn-winter period.
