The Youth Forum for skilled trades and engineering-technical specialists of KazTransOil JSC, held in Astana as part of the Year of Skilled Professions, has successfully concluded its work.
Gaziz Koshanov, Managing Director for Social and Labor Relations and General Affairs at KazTransOil JSC, delivered a welcoming address to participants on behalf of Chief Executive Officer (Chairman of the Management Board) Arman Kassenov. In his remarks, he emphasized the growing role of young professionals, noting that it is they who are becoming the driving force behind the modernization of production processes and the introduction of new technologies.
Over the course of two days, participants discussed the company’s strategic development priorities, the contribution of young employees to transforming operational processes, as well as new approaches to professional growth and strengthening human capital.
As part of the business program, Deputy Director for Production N. Kushzhanov, Managing Director for Information Technologies M. Amirhan, Director of the Transportation Department I. Akubaev, Director of the Operations Department M. Tulegenov, Director of Human Resources E. Tulegenov, and Head of Corporate Development A. Nursipatov presented updates on current operations, strategic objectives, digital transformation, and HR and social policy initiatives. Chairs of the Youth Councils representing the western and eastern regions and the central office highlighted ongoing projects and outlined future plans.
The Youth Forum served as an important platform for experience sharing, building professional connections, and engaging young specialists in advancing the company’s strategic agenda. The management of KazTransOil JSC expressed gratitude to all participants for their energy, initiative, and commitment to contributing to the development of the company and the broader industry.
