Arman Kassenov, General Director of KazTransOil JSC, held a strategic session dedicated to summarizing the expected results of the 2025 operations of Batumi Oil Terminal LLC and Batumi Sea Port LLC, as well as to defining key objectives for the subsequent years.
During the session, the results of the current operational activities were reviewed, along with the prospects for the further development of KazTransOil’s assets in Georgia. It was noted that by the end of the current year, stable and uninterrupted operations of Batumi Oil Terminal LLC and Batumi Sea Port LLC are expected to be ensured, the planned cargo handling targets achieved, and a high level of industrial, environmental, and operational safety maintained.
The General Director of KazTransOil JSC emphasized the importance of increasing operational efficiency, optimizing production processes, and introducing modern technological and digital solutions. Particular attention was paid to issues related to attracting additional volumes of liquid and dry cargo, potential infrastructure modernization, development of human capital, and strengthening the safety culture.
As part of the strategic session, priority tasks for the coming years were also identified, including increasing cargo throughput volumes and strengthening the competitive positions of Batumi Oil Terminal LLC and Batumi Sea Port LLC in the Black Sea region.
Following the session, relevant instructions were issued to the management of the companies, aimed at ensuring sustainable development, long-term efficiency, and the achievement of KazTransOil JSC’s strategic objectives.
