On the suspension of the order dated June 19, 2017, №146-ОD «On the approval of temporary compensatory tariffs on regulated service on water supply via trunk pipelines of «KazTransOil» JSC»

The Order of the acting Chairman of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition and Consumer Rights under the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 18, 2018, No. 146-OD «On the approval of temporary compensatory tariffs on regulated service on water supply via trunk pipelines of «KazTransOil» JSC» was temporarily suspended pending an appropriate decision due to the appeal by JSC «KazTransOil» on the mentioned Order.
