An interested party is entitled to obtain the information about the Company’s affiliates on the abovementioned web-sites. The Company shall not be liable for the correctness of conclusions of such an interested party regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information about any entity affiliated to the Company. The Company shall not be liable for non-provision of the information about affiliation by an entity.
The Company does not have any obligation to provide interested persons the documents legally translated into English or any other language. Documents posted on the website in English, are not legal translation.
