By the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of «KazTransOil» JSC dated November 25, 2024, the new Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC has been appointed, consisting of seven members with a term of office of three years.
The following individuals have been elected as members of the Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC:

Ardak Kasymbek – representative of NC «KazMunayGas» JSC;

Arman Kassenov – General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) of «KazTransOil» JSC;

Nurlan Akhanzaripov – Independent Director;

Kainar Kozhumov – Independent Director;

Kazbek Kussainov – Independent Director.
Bulat Zakirov has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC.
