KazTransOil JSC, the national operator of the main oil pipeline of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and MunaiTas NWPC LLP, a joint venture of KazTransOil JSC (51%) and CNPC Exploration and Development Company Ltd (49%), announce the approval of a new tariff for the regulated service of oil transportation via the Kenkiyak-Atyrau main pipeline to the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to the order of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Almaty dated May 23, 2025 No. 40-OD, the tariff will be:

from 01.07.2025 to 30.06.2026 — 11,193 tenge per 1 ton per 1000 km (excluding VAT);

from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027 — 11,233 tenge per 1 ton per 1000 km (excluding VAT);

from 01.07.2027 to 30.06.2028 — 11,259 tenge per 1 ton per 1000 km (excluding VAT);

from 01.07.2028 to 30.06.2029 — 11,286 tenge per 1 ton per 1000 km (excluding VAT);

from 01.07.2029 to 30.06.2030 — 11,293 tenge per 1 ton per 1000 km (excluding VAT).
The tariff comes into force on 1 July 2025 for a period of five years.
It should be noted that the tariff on this route has not been revised since 2012. Its updating was the result of the introduction of an incentive method of tariff formation for services for pumping oil to the domestic market based on the principle of «Tariff in exchange for investment».
KazTransOil JSC will continue to work on improving the tariff policy aimed at ensuring reliable and efficient transportation of oil in the domestic and foreign markets.
