«KazTransOil» JSC achieved the planned targets for oil transportation for 2021

KazTransOil JSC summed up the production results for 2021. In the reporting period, the planned indicators for the transportation and cargo turnover of oil were achieved.

The oil transportation volume through the main oil pipelines system of KazTransOil JSC amounted to 41 million 224 thousand tons of oil, which is 1 million 74 thousand tons less than in 2020. A decrease in this indicator in 2021 was provided for in the Business Plan of KazTransOil JSC in view of the commitments made to limit production under the OPEC + agreement and the natural decline in production levels at mature fields. 

The oil transportation volume to the refineries of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the main oil pipelines system of KazTransOil JSC increased by 1 million 329 thousand tons compared to 2020 and amounted to 16 million 939 thousand tons. Atyrau Oil Refinery LLP supplied 5 million 452 thousand tons of oil; PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP - 5 million 169 thousand tons of oil; Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP - 5 million 389 thousand tons of oil; CASPI BITUM JV LLP - 929 thousand tons of oil.

The oil transportation volume through the Atyrau-Samara section of the Uzen-Atyrau-Samara main oil pipeline amounted to 12 million 173 thousand tons which is 2 million 305 thousand tons less than in 2020.

11 million 2 thousand tons of oil were transported through the TON-2 oil pipeline section located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan which is 60 thousand tons more compared to 2020.

Transshipment of 10 million 957 thousand tons of oil to the main oil pipeline «Atasu - Alashankou» was carried out. Compared to 2020, the indicator increased by 407 thousand tons.

The oil transshipment volume to the system of Caspian Pipeline Consortium-K JSC amounted to 490 thousand tons, which is 12 thousand tons less than in 2020.

Oil loading into tankers in the port of Aktau using the capacities of KazTransOil JSC amounted to 2 million 106 thousand tons, which is 8 thousand tons more compared to 2020.
The oil turnover separately through the system of main oil pipelines of KazTransOil JSC amounted to 35 billion 162 million tkm, which is 737 million tkm less than in 2020.

The consolidated oil turnover of KazTransOil JSC amounted to 43 billion 837 million tkm which is 80 million tkm more compared to 2020.

17 million 411 thousand tons of oil were transported through the oil pipeline system of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP, which is 1 million 528 thousand tons more than in 2020. Oil cargo turnover amounted to 15 billion 592 million tkm which is 1 billion 224 million tkm more than in 2020.

The oil transportation volume through the MunaiTas LLP oil pipeline amounted to 4 million 273 thousand tons which is 952 thousand tons more than in 2020. Oil cargo turnover also increased by 403 million tkm amounting to 1 billion 725 million tkm.

As to the Batumi Oil Terminal LLC group of companies, the volume of transshipment of oil, oil products and gas amounted to 1 million 324 thousand tons, which is 274 thousand tons more than in 2020.

29 million 387 thousand m3 of freshwater were supplied to consumers in the Atyrau and Mangystau regions of Kazakhstan through Astrakhan-Mangyshlak water pipeline by Main Waterline LLP. The increase in the water supply volume compared to 2020 amounted to 981 thousand m3.
