As part of the Issuer Day, organized by the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the management of KazTransOil JSC presented the results of the activities of KazTransOil JSC for 2023 to investors and professional participants in the securities market.
Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of KazTransOil JSC Amirzhan Ospanov, Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance of KazTransOil JSC Almas Ungarsynov and Managing Director for Development KazTransOil JSC Abay Imangaliev reported on the implementation of planned production and financial indicators, capital investments, as well as the implementation of tariff policy and investment projects.
In 2012, within the framework of the National IPO program, 38,463,559 common shares KazTransOil JSC were included in the official list of KASE in the first category. 1 (one) common share has not been placed.
As of March 1, 2024, owners of outstanding KazTransOil JSC common shares are NC KazMunayGas JSC (90%), minority shareholders (9.998%), KazTransOil JSC (0.0019%, purchased in 2016).
