The Extraordinary General Meeting of Participants of NWPC MunaiTas LLP, held in absentia, approved the conclusion of a new three-year agreement between KazTransOil JSC and NWPC MunaiTas LLP for the provision of services related to the operation of the Kenkiyak–Atyrau main oil pipeline for the period of 2025–2027.
KazTransOil JSC, as the national operator of main oil pipelines in the Republic of Kazakhstan, has been providing operational services for this pipeline to NWPC MunaiTas LLP since its commissioning. The signing of the new agreement will allow for the continuation of effective cooperation and ensure the stable transportation of oil.
The decision will also contribute to ensuring the reliable operation of the oil pipeline system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
KazTransOil JSC provides operational services for pipelines owned by Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP, NWPC MunaiTas LLP, Caspian Pipeline Consortium-K JSC, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. CJSC, Turgai Petroleum JSC, and Main Waterline LLP. The total length of pipelines serviced by KazTransOil JSC as an operator exceeds 5,000 kilometers.
