The newly appointed executives have advanced through all stages of the company’s operational structure, consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication over the years. Their extensive experience and deep understanding of production processes will contribute to the company’s continued growth.
Temirkhan Abdirov has been appointed Head of the Pavlodar Oil Pipeline Department of KazTransOil JSC.
He has 29 years of experience in the oil pipeline industry. Prior to this appointment, he served as Deputy General Director for Production and was a member of the Management Board of KazTransOil JSC.
Previously, in 2022–2023, he also headed the Pavlodar Oil Pipeline Department. Over the years, he has held various key positions, including Director of the Department of Operational Services at KazTransOil JSC, General Director of Batumi Sea Port LLC, Head of the Karaganda and Zhezkazgan Oil Pipeline Departments, Chief Engineer of the Mangystau Oil Pipeline Department, and Chief Engineer – First Deputy Director of the Eastern Branch of KazTransOil JSC.
Education: He holds a degree from the K.I. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University, majoring in «Design, Construction, and Operation of Gas and Oil Pipelines and Gas and Oil Storage Facilities,» as well as a degree in «Underground Mining of Mineral Deposits» from O.A. Baikonurov Zhezkazgan University.
Mereke Igaliyev has been appointed Head of the Mangystau Oil Pipeline Department of KazTransOil JSC.
He has 29 years of experience in the oil pipeline industry. Prior to this appointment, he served as Deputy Head of the Atyrau Oil Pipeline Department of KazTransOil JSC.
From 2022 to 2024, he worked as Deputy General Director for Production at Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP. Within the structure of KazTransOil JSC, he held positions including Head of the Western Operational Services Department, Chief Engineer of the Shymkent and Atyrau Oil Pipeline Departments, and Head of the Uralsk Oil Pipeline Department. He began his career in the industry in 1996 as a process equipment repair technician at the «Yuzhnefteprovod» Production Association.
Education: He holds a degree from Sh. Yesenov Aktau State University, majoring in «Design, Construction, and Operation of Gas and Oil Pipelines and Gas and Oil Storage Facilities,» as well as a degree in «Finance» from the West Kazakhstan Engineering and Humanities University.
Erken Suyundykov has been appointed Head of the Atyrau Oil Pipeline Department of KazTransOil JSC.
He has 27 years of experience in the oil pipeline industry. Prior to this appointment, he served as Head of the Pavlodar Oil Pipeline Department.
Previously, he held various positions including Chief Engineer of the Shymkent Oil Pipeline Department, Deputy Head for Production of the Pavlodar Oil Pipeline Department (2018–2023), Head of the Aktau Oil Pumping Station, Head of the Mangystau Oil Pipeline Department, Head of the Operations Department, Deputy Chief Mechanic of the Eastern Branch, and Chief Technical Officer for Occupational Health and Safety of the Mangystau Oil Pipeline Department.
He began his career in 1998 at the Western Branch of KazTransOil JSC as a fourth-grade metal sprayer.
Education: He holds a degree from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute, where he majored in «Machines and Apparatuses of Chemical Production and Building Materials Enterprises,» qualifying as a mechanical engineer. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Innovative Eurasian University.
It should be noted that the rotation of Erken Suyundykov is an important part of the company’s corporate practice aimed at promoting effective solutions and enhancing operational efficiency. His extensive and diverse experience will ensure the sustainable development of one of the company’s key departments.
Marlen Tulegenov has been appointed Director of the Operations Department of KazTransOil JSC.

He has 25 years of experience in the oil transportation industry. Prior to this appointment, he headed the Atyrau Oil Pipeline Department.
From 2018 to 2024, he served as Chief Engineer of the Atyrau and Mangystau Oil Pipeline Departments, and from 2016 to 2018, he was Deputy Head of the Atyrau Oil Pipeline Department for Production. From 2010 to 2016, he worked as Senior Manager of the Transportation Department at KazTransOil JSC. Additionally, he has held various positions, including Head of the Water Accounting and Supply Department at the Western Branch, Head of the Pumping Station of the Atyrau Oil Pumping Station, and Engineer at the Atyrau Oil Pumping Station of the Atyrau Oil Pipeline Department.
He began his career in 2000 at KazTransOil JSC as an inspector of oil storage tanks at the Atyrau Oil Pumping Station of the Atyrau Oil Pipeline Department.
Education: He holds a degree from the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas, majoring in «Design, Construction, and Operation of Gas and Oil Pipelines and Gas and Oil Storage Facilities,» and qualifies as a mechanical engineer.
