Since the beginning of 2025, KazTransOil JSC has signed nine offtake contracts totaling 543 million tenge with suppliers producing goods as part of the project to create new production facilities by Samruk-Kazyna Contract LLP.
The equipment supplied under these offtake contracts includes pumps, batteries, insulators, anode grounders, radios, office chairs, insulation tape, and other products.
Thus, the company continues to consistently develop partnerships and actively increase the volume of purchases from suppliers who are establishing new import-substituting production facilities. This reflects the company’s systemic efforts aimed at increasing the share of locally sourced goods in procurement.
The importance of increasing the share of domestic products in regulated procurement was emphasized by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, in his address, where he highlighted the need to achieve a 10% volume of offtake contracts with Kazakhstani manufacturers.
