In the first half of 2025, KazTransOil JSC commissioned six oil transportation infrastructure facilities

In the first half of 2025, KazTransOil JSC successfully completed the construction and modernization of six facilities that are important for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of the company:

B. Zhumagaliev Head Oil Pumping Station (HOPS) – A chemical-analytical laboratory equipped with modern equipment was commissioned. This new facility is strategically important for strengthening quality control of oil supplied via the Pavlodar – Shymkent route to the PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP refinery and the Atasu HOPS.

Shymkent HOPS – Major repairs were completed on a vertical steel oil storage tank with a capacity of 20,000 m³ (VST-20000 m³ No. 4). The work carried out will enhance the reliability of the oil pumping station.

Prorva Oil Pumping Station (OPS) – A new modular block-type medical station building was constructed. The facility is fully equipped with the necessary medical equipment for conducting examinations and providing first aid.

Оzen–Atyrau–Samara main oil pipeline – Scheduled replacement of pipeline sections with a total length of 76.5 km was completed. The purpose of the work was to eliminate defects and ensure the safe and uninterrupted operation of the pipeline.

Sholak-Korgan HOPS – Following major repairs, the auxiliary and utility building was put into operation. The facility was modernized in accordance with current standards and is intended to provide comfortable living conditions and staff training.

Kenkiyak HOPS – Major repairs were completed on a protective structure that ensures the safety of the production infrastructure.

All commissioned facilities meet established technical requirements and contribute to increasing the reliability and safety of oil transportation via the main oil pipeline.
