KazTransOil JSC General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) Arman Kassenov visited the production facilities of Batumi Oil Terminal LLC (100% of the shares belong to KazTransOil JSC) and Batumi Sea Port LLC (exclusive rights to manage 100% of the shares).
During the inspection of the infrastructure of Batumi Oil Terminal LLC and Batumi Sea Port LLC, Arman Kassenov was informed about the technical capabilities of the production facilities.
As part of his working trip to Georgia,KazTransOil JSC General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) met with the First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Levan Davitashvili. The parties considered the issues of implementing the Protocol of the twelfth meeting of the Kazakh-Georgian Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation and discussed the prospects for cooperation.
The priorities of effective partnership were also outlined at the meeting of Arman Kassenov with the Georgian Railway JSC General Director David Peradze. In particular, interest in increasing cargo turnover was noted.
KazTransOil JSC directly owns and manages production assets in Georgia through Batumi Oil Terminal LLC.
Batumi Oil Terminal LLC provides services for transshipment, pumping, storage of oil, oil products and liquefied petroleum gas, as well as their processed products using its own berths, process pipelines and tanks.
