KazTransOil JSC held extended meeting to review financial and economic performance for 9 months of 2025

KazTransOil JSC held an extended meeting to discuss the financial and economic performance of the company, its subsidiaries, and jointly controlled entities for the first nine months of 2025.

The meeting was attended by the company's management, Heads of subsidiaries and jointly controlled entities, and Heads of business units of the central office.

During the meeting, reports on the results of production and financial activities for the first nine months of this year were presented, and key indicators and achievements were reviewed.

In particular, positive dynamics of the company's main production indicators in the reporting period were marked: the consolidated oil cargo turnover of KazTransOil JSC amounted to 33 billion 921 million tonne-kilometers, which is 2% more than in the first nine months of 2024;  oil cargo turnover separately through the main oil pipeline system of KazTransOil JSC amounted to 26 billion 495 million tonne-kilometers, which is 1% more than in the same period of 2024; the volume of oil transported to oil refineries in the Republic of Kazakhstan via the KazTransOil JSC trunk oil pipeline system increased by 4% compared to the same period in 2024 and amounted to 13 million 633 thousand tons.

Special attention was paid to the presentation of Yelena Druz, the Head of Compliance Control Service, who delivered a report on the organization and improvement of anti-corruption efforts at KazTransOil JSC. In her speech, she noted that the Company is consistently implementing measures to prevent corruption offences, foster a culture of ethical behaviour and raise employee awareness. No confirmed cases of corruption violations were identified in the Company's activities during the reporting period.

The meeting participants discussed priority tasks for the coming period, as well as issues related to improving the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of the oil transportation system.
