Resolution of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of «KazTransOil» JSC dated November 6, 2025 determined the composition of the Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC to consist of 6 (six) persons. Representative of NC «KazMunayGas» JSC, Dastan Abdulgafarov, was elected to the Board of Directors.
Currently, the Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC includes Bulat Zakirov (Chair of the Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC, representative of NC «KazMunayGas» JSC), Dastan Abdulgafarov (representative of NC «KazMunayGas» JSC), Amir Bozzhigitov (representative of NC «KazMunayGas» JSC), Arman Kassenov (General Director (Chair of the Management Board) of «KazTransOil» JSC), Nurlan Akhanzaripov (independent director), and Kainar Kozhumov (independent director).
