As part of measures to increase the volume of domestic goods in procurement, KazTransOil JSC signed goods supply contracts with Samruk-Kazyna JSC fund producers worth KZT8.8 billion in the first 10 months of 2025, which is 58% of the total value of all contracts signed. Compared to the same period last year, the volume of purchases from domestic producers doubled.
The Company pays particular attention to the effective management of material flows. KazTransOil JSC is consistently reducing its stockpiles of inventory from previous years and actively incorporating them into production processes. Since the beginning of 2025, the volume of such stockpiles has been reduced by 73%.
Continuous monitoring of the unreduced emergency stock level is an important element of operational activities, ensuring the smooth running of production processes and controlling the absence of unclaimed illiquid stocks.
The Company has approved Rules governing the procedure for processing, accepting, and storing goods under supply contracts. These Rules are included in the tender documentation and are publicly available for review by potential suppliers.
KazTransOil JSC continues to develop and improve its business processes, strengthening its position as a modern, technologically advanced, and results-oriented company. As part of its digital transformation, the Company is considering the possibility of introducing artificial intelligence tools for marketing analysis of prices for purchased goods. The application of such solutions will significantly increase the transparency, accuracy, and efficiency of procurement procedures.
Thereafter, the Company will continue to strengthen strategic cooperation with commodity producers of Samruk-Kazyna JSC and improve the efficiency of procurement activities.
