KazTransOi JSC has commissioned a new administrative and utility building with an area of over 1,400 m² at the Karazhanbas oil pumping station (OPS).

To improve the working and living conditions of the shift personnel at the Karazhanbas oil pumping station of the Mangistau Oil Pipeline Department, KazTransOil JSC has commissioned a new modern two-storey administrative and utility building. The total area of the building, designed for 152 employees, is
1,406 m2.

During the design and construction, special emphasis was placed on creating a comfortable, safe and functional working environment. There are about 50 rooms in the building that ensure the daily activities of the staff.

The building is fully equipped with modern furniture, 32 pieces of office equipment, server and communication equipment, as well as ventilation and heating systems.

On the ground floor of the building, there are walk-in closets with underfloor heating, showers, rooms for drying, washing, receiving and distributing work clothes, as well as utility rooms and an archive.

On the second floor there are offices of engineering and technical staff, a classroom for conducting health and safety briefings.

The commissioning of the new building with the use of modern technical solutions and improved layout has significantly increased the comfort level and improved the working conditions of the staff of Karazhanbas OPS.
