Way of payment: according to the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends through a wire transfer to the accounts of shareholders:
- on ordinary shares of «KazTransOil» JSC that are in nominal holding of «Central Securities Depository» JSC, through the payment agent represented by «Central Securities Depository» JSC;
- on ordinary shares of «KazTransOil» JSC that are not in nominal holding of «Central Securities Depository» JSC, «KazTransOil» JSC will transfer dividends directly to the accounts of such shareholders.
