The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in its decision dated May 27, 2016 confirmed the Corporate Governance Code of «KazTransOil» JSC.
The Code is targeted at improving corporate governance, ensuring transparent governance, and confirming the Company’s commitment to follow the standards of good corporate governance.
The confirmed Code is completely in line with the Corporate Governance Code of «National Welfare Fund «Samruk-Kazyna» JSC confirmed by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of April 15, 2015 No.239.
