The Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC has recommended to the annual general meeting of shareholders to designate all net profit for the payment of dividends for the year 2017, totaling to 50,118 billion tenge and 11,423 billion tenge from undistributed earnings from previous years. Thus, it has been recommended to pay dividends to shareholders in the total amount of 61,540 billion tenge.
The amount of the dividend payable to shareholders has been calculated at 160 tenge per one common share of KazTransOil JSC.
In 2016, the company designated 59,617 billion tenge as dividends payable to shareholders. The dividend for the year 2016 was calculated at 155 tenge per one common share of the company.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of KazTransOil JSC will be held on May 24, 2018.

At the end of 2016, the dividend per one common share of KazTransOil JSC was at 155 tenge or 21% of the placement price. The total amount of dividends paid was 59,617,355,345 tenge.
