On January 28, 2016 «KazTransOil» JSC held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM), where new composition of the Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC was elected. According to the resolution of EGM Daniyar Berlibayev – Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of «KazMunayGas» NC JSC, Nurtas Shmanov– Managing Director of «KazMunayGas» NC JSC for Oil Transportation, Dimash Dossanov – General Director (Chair of the Management Board) of «KazTransOil» JSC, and Independent Directors – Vinicius Agostini, Almasbek Mukhashov, and Hadrien Fraissinet were elected in the composition of the Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC. D. Berlibayev was elected as Chair of the Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC.
