The meeting of General Director of KazTransOil Dimash Dossanov with the winners of the international competition of oil pipelines «Best in profession-2019» and the contest of professional skills «Uzdik Maman-2019» among the employees of the group of companies «KazMunayGas» was held in Nur-Sultan. He congratulated the contestants on their successful performance in professional competitions, noting the historic victory of the KazTransOil team.
This year, at the international competition «Best in profession», held at the production facilities of KazTransOil JSC in Atyrau, the company's employees won all the first places in 8 nominations. Employees of KazTransOil adequately represented Kazakhstan at the competition of professional skills of the group of companies «KazMunayGas» «Uzdik Maman-2019» in Almetyevsk (Tatarstan), taking one first and two second places.
Dimash Dossanov expressed gratitude to the participants of the meeting on behalf of NC «KazMunayGas» JSC and the management of KazTransOil JSC.
«You have set a high bar, it will not be easy for the next contestants to beat your record,» the head of the company said at the meeting. He urged colleagues not to dwell on the results achieved, to continue to develop professionally.
In turn, the participants of the competitions spoke about the need for professional competitions, as they seriously motivate employees.
Today, all winners are enrolled in the personnel reserve of the company. Some of them have already been promoted. Anton Artyushenko became the head of the shift of Pavlodar Oil Pipeline Department, Rustembek Zhylgeldiyev - the master of PMD section of the Kulsary Oil Pipeline Department, Ruslan Aden has been working as an engineer for the operation of main pipelines of the Zhezkazgan Oil Pipeline Department since September.
«KazTransOil has a strong production culture, we do not have staff turnover, traditions of succession of generations are developed. Each of you is an example for colleagues. I urge you also to become leaders in the field of occupational safety», - said in conclusion Dimash Dossanov.

The international competition «Best in profession-2019» was held under the auspices of the International Association of Oil Transporters (IAOT) from August 5 to August 8, 2019 at the production facilities of KazTransOil JSC in Atyrau. 44 specialists of the largest oil transportation companies - members of IAOT participated in the competition: KazTransOil from Kazakhstan, Transneft from Russia, Gomeltransneft Druzhba from Belarus, Ukrtransnafta from Ukraine, Transpetrol from Slovakia, MOL from Hungary and CNPC from China. For the first time the international competition «Best in profession» among specialists of working professions of oil pipeline transport was held in 2003 in Samara city (Russia). Three times competitions in professional skills were held in Kazakhstan: in 2004 and 2007 - in Aktau city, in 2012 in Pavlodar city.
