KazTransOil takes measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection among employees

As part of the ongoing work on the group of companies «KazMunayGas» to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), JSC «KazTransOil» introduces preventive measures. It was decided to transfer some of the company's administrative and managerial staff to remote work. At the same time, employees of retirement and pre-retirement age, employees with chronic diseases, pregnant women, mothers with many children, women with children under the age of three, single mothers raising children under the age of fourteen (a disabled child under the age of eighteen ) have a preferential right to remote work. There is a complete transition to electronic document management, except of outgoing emails to external organizations. It is recommended that meetings be held via telephone and videoconferencing calls. If employees need to attend the meeting in person, the number of participants should not exceed 6 people. The company canceled all cultural events (holidays, concerts, sports events, conferences, forums, seminars, exhibitions, etc.), training of employees outside the company has been suspended or switched to remote mode. An enhanced sanitary and disinfection regime is being introduced in administrative buildings and premises. Motor transport that is performing transportation by the company's employees after each trip is subject to treatment with the use of detergents and disinfectants. A daily medical check-up of the company's employees is being introduced to identify people with SARS symptoms. By the Decree of the chief state sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 04, 2020, personal travel of employees to countries of category 1A, 1B, 2, 3 is prohibited. Employees of the company are recommended to refuse personal trips to other foreign countries and limit movement within the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan as much as possible. Recall that on March 11, 2020, the World health organization announced a pandemic of coronavirus infection in the world. On March 16, 2020, Kazakhstan declared an emergency mode due to the threat of COVID-19 proliferation.
