In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Natural Monopolies», KazTransOil JSC announces a report on the implementation of approved tariff estimates, the execution of the approved investment program, compliance with the quality and reliability of regulated services and achievement of performance indicators of KazTransOil JSC for 2019 to consumers and other interested parties in the provision of the following regulated services:
- oil transportation through the system of trunk pipelines;
- production, transmission and distribution of thermal energy;
- transmission of electrical energy;
- water supply through distribution networks;
- sewage disposal.

In addition, we inform that because of the introduction of a state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2020 No. 285 from March 16, 2020 to April 15, 2020, in case of a change in the duration of the state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan, information on the format of the report of «KazTransOil» JSC for 2019 will be published on the official website https://www.kaztransoil.kz.
