The Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) has included the bonds KZ2P00009749 of the Main Water Pipeline LLP in the official list of KASE on the «Private Placement» platform. The bonds have been assigned the abbreviated designation (trading code) MVDOpp1.
The Main Water Pipeline LLP will issue 50 million bonds worth 50 billion tenge to attract 50 billion tenge in anti-crisis funds from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the form of a bond loan from NC KazMunayGas JSC for the investment project ‘Reconstruction and expansion of the main water pipeline’ Astrakhan - Mangyshlak 1st stage».
In turn, NC KazMunayGas JSC will attract a similar bond loan from Samruk-Kazyna JSC to provide anti-crisis funds to LLP Main Water Pipeline in the form of a bond loan.
By the decision of the State Commission on the Modernization of the Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2022, 70 billion tenge in anti-crisis funds were allocated from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan JSC Samruk-Kazyna for the implementation of the project. JSC Samruk-Kazyna plans to provide these funds to NC KazMunayGas JSC in the form of two bond loans in the amount of 50 billion tenge and 20 billion tenge in 2023. The anti-crisis funds received from NC KazMunayGas JSC will be provided to the Main Water Pipeline LLP in the form of similar bond loans.
In addition to anti-crisis funds from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a loan from Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC was attracted to finance the project in November 2022.
