From the composition of the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC on their own initiative excluded:
- Marat Ormanov, Chair of the Board of Directors, since July 17, 2023;
- Marlen Orazbekov, Member of the Board of Directors, since July 15, 2023.
Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC consists of four people: Talgat Kurmanbayev, Agostini Vinicius Alves, Hadrien Fraissinet, Martinez Lopez Alberto.
